Job Description
Hatalom Corporation is seeking an experienced System Analyst to work closely with the Prime contractors Operations Officer or Site Lead, providing analysis and content for After Action Review (AAR) support throughout military exercises.
Requirements
- Assisting in the preparation of the ROSTER/Order of Battle and creating reports from exercise data.
- Leading the development of AARs and the Take Home Package.
- Operating a desktop WinEXCON system to support the exercise and conduct Area Weapon Effect Simulation (AWES).
- Adjusting the training scenario as needed and making recommendations based on training objectives.
- Monitoring live video feeds and editing them for AAR purposes.
- Preparing reports, statistics, and material to assist in the AAR execution.
