Job Description
Hatch is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (Hydraulics) for its Montreal office. This role focuses on hydroelectric engineering, design, rehabilitation, and supervision of hydro structures, contributing to both projects and innovation in a globally-focused environment. The position requires experience with Hydro-Québec projects and a commitment to work with a diverse and inclusive team.
Requirements
- Regularly registered with the Québec Engineers' Council (OIQ).
- 10-15 years of experience in structure, specializing in hydroelectric structures.
- Proficiency in French reporting
- Mastery of numerical modeling and hydraulic work calculations
- Short-term mobility
- Experience with Hydro-Québec projects
- Good knowledge of concrete and steel design standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong technical expertise
