Mechanical/Piping Technologist

We are seeking a Mechanical/Piping Engineering Technologist graduate with interest in Mechanical design to support projects globally from the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan office with potential opportunities to work in other Hatch offices and at project job sites.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma or similar program
• Academic or work experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bentley MicroStation, OpenPlant or Design Review CAD software
• Previous relevant co-op and summer work terms or internships in Mechanical or Piping design
• Good understanding of design principles related to mechanical equipment and systems
• Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Shows critical and creative thinking and problem solving, and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challenges
