Job Description
Join a company that is passionately committed to the pursuit of a better world through positive change. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil Site Development team in Salt lake City.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized and accredited engineering university.
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas and/or Pennsylvania required, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Deep understanding of the civil design process, including proficiency with civil design software packages such as Civil 3D.
- Proven experience in bulk earthworks, site grading, storm drainage, access and haul roads, and earth structures for large-scale projects.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead teams and coordinate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to guide engineers and designers to deliver successful project outcomes.
