Job Description
Join a company that is passionately committed to the pursuit of a better world through positive change. We're looking for a Senior Layout Designer to provide engineering deliverables and technical support for heavy industrial related projects.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in heavy industrial plant layout and process and utility piping system routing
- Familiarity with ASME piping codes
- Extensive experience with 2D and 3D CAD software
- Sound design and modeling skills for plant layout, piping design and detailing
- Thorough knowledge of piping components and materials
- Sound knowledge of industry or regulatory standards and codes as required for piping design
- Experience with isometric production control and monitoring
- Experience with multidisciplinary coordination
- Sound knowledge of design systems and workflows as they relate to the piping discipline
- Thorough understanding of PFDs and P&IDs
