Job Description
Hatch is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead and manage all technical aspects of complex projects related to steel and concrete structures. This role involves team leadership, mentoring, and ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence. Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in the design of steel and/or concrete structures, project management, and other leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural design
- PE License in Civil/Structural engineering
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team
- Experience with finite element analysis programs such as STAAD.Pro
