We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team at Obermeier GmbH. As an accountant, you will be responsible for independent handling of accounting for residential properties, monthly invoicing, and ongoing property management accounting. You will also be the point of contact for tenants, property owners, tax consultants, and authorities, and will be responsible for preparing and submitting the UVA and annual VAT return.

Requirements

• Independent handling of accounting for residential properties (MRG, WE and mixed houses)
• Monthly invoicing
• Ongoing property management accounting (creditors, debtors, collection)
• Property owner, operating costs and reserve statements
• Collection matters
• Administration of master data and accounts
• Compliance with the accounting deadline
• Preparation and submission of the UVA and annual VAT return, and deductions, etc.
• Good MS Office skills are required
• Profound knowledge of working with Real Data is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal German skills are desirable
