Account Director (Senior Consultant)

HAVAS Just:: is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in healthcare PR and/or medical education to join their Justees (Account Director equivalent). This role involves directly supporting client business, overseeing program delivery and ensuring high quality, proactively identifying issues, and leading and developing team members. The candidate will also contribute to the overall business planning, resource allocation, and external promotion of HAVAS Just::.

Requirements

• Maintaining regular and proactive dialogue with clients.
• Identifying challenges and addressing issues quickly and effectively.
• Strategic advice and direction.
• Taking/extracting a good brief from the client.
• Seeking information from non-client sources.
• Leading/coaching the team.
• Taking/extracting a good brief from the client.
• Developing and timely delivery of monthly trackers, quarterly reconciliations and end of year reports.
• Coaching team on financial management.
• Providing effective support to internal teams.
• Working to grow the accounts to their full potential.
• Coaching team on financial management, including managing project budgets and timely submission of timesheets and expenses.
• Providing effective support to your internal teams.
