Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned account(s), managing/coordinates Client projects from planning to completion, and providing Client service support.
Requirements
- Proactive in developing and maintaining a close and productive relationship with key client contacts
- Develops a thorough understanding of the client's business and maintains industry knowledge
- Ensures client requests are dealt with promptly and develops internal briefs
- Ensures timely and high-quality work completion with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Identifies and solves problems as they arise
- Proactively manages jobs and the Production Schedule
- Supports team members in prioritizing tasks and aligning with team objectives
- Works with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure client requirements are managed to realistic timescales and budgets
- Supports the development of new business opportunities
- Monitors ongoing costs and produces accurate quotations for production
- Manages the maintenance of job numbers and job records
- Produces accurate and timely invoices and deals with billing or financial queries
