ASSISTANT DE GESTION (H/F/X)

Havas Play is looking for a management assistant to join the Finance team, responsible for invoicing clients, managing third-party, and analyzing invoices in advance of invoicing.

Requirements

• Holding a Bac+3 in accounting, management, finance or equivalent
• Having a first experience in invoicing or management
• Mastering Excel like a pro, especially cross-tabulation and advanced features
• Being at ease with numbers, rigorous, and driven by a real analytical logic
• Being organized, autonomous, and knowing how to prioritize
• Being reliable, accurate, and combining attention to detail and a global vision
• Having excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
• Mastering English, both orally and in writing
