Associate Creative Director - Design

We are seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director - Design to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Creative Director and supervise the total creative effort of a number of copy and/or art supervisors or creative groups.

Requirements

• Create high-quality deliverables and generate new and innovative ideas
• Develop broad ranges of concepts on strategy
• Collaborate to refine creative briefs and interact with project teams
• Present and sell ideas to clients
• Fluency in digital and traditional channels, including social media and content creation
• Ability to develop, present, and sell creative concepts to clients
• Supervise and delegate work successfully within collaborative teams
• Provide effective creative feedback on work
• Transfer industry best practices and innovative ideas to your team
