Design Director (Branding & Packaging)

Landor is looking for a Design Director to join their Mumbai Studio. The successful candidate will lead and inspire design teams to deliver high-impact, strategy-driven creative work that meets and exceeds client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-disciplinary teams within a branding or design agency, managing projects from concept through to full delivery.
• Strong creative impact with the ability to oversee and execute end-to-end project delivery to a high standard.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
