Reports to Creative Director and supervises copy and/or art supervisors or creative groups to achieve creative excellence on behalf of clients. Creates high-quality deliverables and generates new ideas, collaborates with project teams, and presents and sells ideas to clients.
Requirements
- Supervise and guide the total creative effort of a number of copy and/or art supervisors or creative groups
- Integrate art, copy, and production functions
- Has client contact at brand level and above
- Create and develop high-quality deliverables and generate new and innovative ideas
- Collaborate to refine creative briefs and interact with project teams
- Review work from junior teams and provide effective creative feedback
- Present and sell ideas to clients and interpret client feedback
- Supervise and delegate work within collaborative teams
- Transfer industry best practices and innovative ideas to the team
- Assist CD's in hiring and managing group of direct reports
