Ekino is seeking an HR Assistant (Recruitment-focused) to support the HR team in recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and Great-Place-To-Work activities. The role will contribute to organization development and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Source and screen qualified profiles for in-charge positions
- Administer and coordinate the recruitment process
- Manage the full applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and nurture talent pipeline
- Coordinate employer branding and communication activities
- Conduct and improve orientation process for new hires
- Support in seeking public training courses/ programs
- Coordinate the preparation to organize training courses
- Monitor, track data to ensure training/ workshop/ seminars
- Coordinate the HR process in the company
- Update employee data in an accurate and timely manner
- Monitor the expiry of employee labor contracts
- Provide support to the performance evaluation process
- Propose, and join in initiatives for developing resources, attract and keep talents for the company
- Advise the management on changes/ solutions to improve the HR services
- Partner with Trade Union committee in organizing Company’s events, employee activities, team-building, and Great-Place-To-Work activities
