Junior Project Manager

Join Havas CX Helia as a Junior Producer and be a part of a team that transforms brands through creative and data skills. You will be responsible for developing scopes of work, managing timings and budgets, and coordinating teams to deliver projects effectively.

Requirements

• Develop scopes of work, estimates, and timings for large projects (£200k+)
• Manage timings, budgets, and expenditures for various projects
• Coordinate teams of various skill sets, including strategists, creatives, design, tech, client services, and other internal stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with internal teammates and external stakeholders
• Build relationships with departments and external stakeholders
• Identify and solve problems, and come up with solutions
• Be commercially astute and understand how the business runs
• Be proactive, adaptable, and focused with a detail-oriented approach
• Have experience in producing assets, including film and still shoots, print, social, and digital media
• Have experience in CX & CRM, particularly the production of emails and direct mail
• Have a little black book of suppliers and great negotiating skills
