Paid Social & Programmatic Account Manager

We are seeking a Paid Social & Programmatic Account Manager to join our Biddable team in Leeds. As a key member of the team, you will work exclusively within the B2B vertical, managing client accounts and driving performance through social channels. You will be responsible for developing holistic biddable strategy, improving campaign delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years agency experience in a social / biddable media role
• Demonstrable experience within B2B, managing scaled budgets, ideally cross-market
• Proven expertise in creating social media plans, paid activation, optimisation and reporting
• Previous experience with client facing responsibilities and building strong relationships
• Management experience desirable but not essential
• Good storytelling and presentation capability, with the ability to communicate confidently and interpret performance marketing to clients and manage client expectations
• Extensive experience across social and programmatic partners
• Experience and up to date knowledge of competitor tools
• Organised, self-starter with excellent attention to detail
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
