As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes, active sourcing, and talent pools. You will also develop innovative recruiting strategies and ensure a value-oriented candidate experience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in in-house recruiting
- Experience in end-to-end recruiting and managing multiple vacancies at the same time
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
