Talent Acquisition Manager (all gender)

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes, active sourcing, and talent pools. You will also develop innovative recruiting strategies and ensure a value-oriented candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in in-house recruiting
• Experience in end-to-end recruiting and managing multiple vacancies at the same time
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Confidence in managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
