Job Description
Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse provides skilled nursing services to patients in their homes to promote the patient's plan of care. The LPN supplements the nursing care needs of the patient as provided by the RN.
Requirements
- Current Missouri LPN license
- At least one (1) year recent LPN experience in acute, long term or home care
- Home healthcare experience preferred
