HavenHub is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team in Newport Beach. The role involves processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience working in construction, home services, or a subcontractor-heavy business is highly preferred
