Job Description
Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to lead the financial success, operational excellence, and vibrant culture of a manufactured home community. As the ultimate leader, you will manage the budget, inspire a team, and create an exceptional living experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to sit for long periods using office equipment, as well as walk the community and lift supplies as needed
