Job Description
Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to lead a manufactured home community as the on-site CEO, responsible for financial success, operational excellence, and vibrant culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with 3+ years of multi-family property management experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management
- Manufactured home community experience a major plus
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
