Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance techniques
• Proficiency in operating power tools and commercial machinery
• Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to create legible written reports
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
