Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (real estate, new home sales, or B2C) strongly preferred
• Coachability, high emotional intelligence, polished communication, and tech-savviness (CRM, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to walk the community grounds and lift supplies as needed
