Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate, new home sales, or B2C) strongly preferred
- Coachability, high emotional intelligence, polished communication, and tech-savviness (CRM, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to walk the community grounds and lift supplies as needed
