Havertys is seeking a Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting furniture and provide excellent service from contact through delivery. The ideal candidate is highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer communications simultaneously
- Positive and engaging personality
- Creative flair and energetic attitude
- Proficient in resolving customer objections and ensuring satisfaction
- Familiarity with a broad range of furniture styles and products preferred
- Computer proficiency including email experience required
- Knowledge and use of MS Office software preferred
- Tablet/iPad operation abilities strongly preferred
- Relevant experience preferred but not required
- College education preferred, High School / GED or equivalent required
