Sales Consultant

Havertys is seeking a Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting furniture and provide excellent service from contact through delivery. The ideal candidate is highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer communications simultaneously
• Positive and engaging personality
• Creative flair and energetic attitude
• Proficient in resolving customer objections and ensuring satisfaction
• Familiarity with a broad range of furniture styles and products preferred
• Computer proficiency including email experience required
• Knowledge and use of MS Office software preferred
• Tablet/iPad operation abilities strongly preferred
• Relevant experience preferred but not required
• College education preferred, High School / GED or equivalent required
