Job Description
HAVI is a global company looking for a Senior Controller to manage financial controlling in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, preparing reports, budgeting, forecasting, and identifying trends and opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in finance/controlling (including a minimum of 3 years in a senior role)
- Experience in a logistics or automotive environment is an advantage
- Advanced level of English
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Ability to see the "big picture" while also working with details
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Independence, proactivity, and ability to take ownership
- Excellent communication skills – ability to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues
