Job Description
We are seeking an Associate General Counsel (Transactional Attorney) to provide in-house legal services to Hawaiian Electric and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, membership in the Hawaii State Bar Association, and license to practice law in Hawaii. They will also have thorough knowledge in commercial and business law, with particular attention to contract law, and be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly.
