Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Thorough technical knowledge in digital logic, electronics, microprocessors, and electrical engineering fundamentals
• Working knowledge of personal computers and/or mainframe systems and related software applications
• Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles and best practices
• SafeStart principles and best practices
• Ability to plan, coordinate, schedule and supervise work
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective supervisory/leadership and oral communication skills
• Able to think logically to resolve technical problems in the field under adverse conditions
