Requirements

• Develops SAP architecture and One Company Generation work planning for the power generating stations, to ensure reliable operation in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Executes the development of new or enhanced SAP architecture, including but not limited to functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, job plans, and bill of materials.
• Collaborates with other departments and divisions to validate and execute updates and improvements to functional location, maintenance plans, job plans, and bill of materials of existing assets to ensure reliable operation for the remaining service life.
• Evaluates and measures assigned work and adjusts time and resource commitment, as needed, to ensure completion.
• Participates in and develops continuous improvement events to standardize and improve work management processes.
• Supports two-way communication to ensure a focused and aligned workforce.
• Promotes teamwork, reinforces and mentors peers in the application of improvement tools, techniques, and behaviors to expose and eliminate waste from daily work assignments.
• Participates in Company emergency response activities as assigned, including any activities required to prepare for such emergency response.
