Inside Sales Representative (Customer Support Specialist)

Hawaiian Host Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service, process orders and invoices, and perform clerical duties to support the department. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills and experience in customer service and order entry.

Requirements

• AA degree with emphasis in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
• One (1) year of customer service related experience, preferably with order entry experience
• Computer literate in Excel, Word; and knowledge of database and/or accounting systems
• Ability to type 25 wpm and use 10-key by touch
• Ability to use general office equipment, such as but not limited to photocopying machine, fax machine, postage meter machine, and accounting systems
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Good verbal, written and telephone communication skills
