Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering function for our food-grade CPG and nut harvesting/processing facilities. The successful candidate will have experience in manufacturing, supervisory, or management roles, and a strong knowledge of lean/continuous improvement tools and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
- 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Project Management certification is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Ability to work with and relate to employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
