Job Description
The Technical Operations Manager - Baseball - Systems Engineering leads the evolution of the platform powering Hawk-Eye and KinaTrax Baseball systems. This role drives platform engineering initiatives, including infrastructure redesign, integration, and cross-system standardization, to improve how systems are architected, deployed, and scaled across MLB, MiLB, collegiate, and international environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years in systems engineering or technical support, including at least 2 years managing or supervising teams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and networking.
- Ability to analyze logs and performance data to drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
