Design Engineer - Transportation

Our client seeks a Design Engineer to join the Transportation Division in The Hollywood, Florida office location. The role entails undertaking a broad range of responsibilities, requiring proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and the Microsoft Office Suite for construction plan preparation, development of 3D models, engineering report preparation, and specification development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering required
• Engineer Intern Certification Preferred
• 1-5 years of relevant highway design experience required
• MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer experience preferred
• Familiar with FDOT CADD and Design Standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team, develop and maintain client relations, meet project demands and schedules
