We are currently looking for a Showroom Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Showroom Manager you are responsible for overseeing the Haworth Showroom and delivering a world-class client experience by managing day-to-day showroom operations, coordinating client visits and events, and supporting sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Polished professionalism and ability to warmly welcome all showroom guests and callers
- Supporting the sales process through coordinating tours, presentations, responding to inquiries, client interactions, and assisting B2C clientele
- Strategically planning client visits and aligning agendas with business objectives
- Organizing showroom events, meetings, and trainings
- Maintaining showroom appearance and functionality
- Supporting sales efforts by managing marketing materials, sales aid materials and samples, local social media campaigns, and dealer/client communications
- Developing and implementing showroom best practices
- Maintaining current standard work for showroom operations, vendor management, and event planning
- Providing various administrative support including various reporting, tracking metrics, budgeting, stocking supplies, and product inventory tracking
