Job Description
The Product Technician will handle merchandise during the delivery and return process. This includes loading, securing, demonstrating, and maintaining the store's products. Responsibilities also include verifying lease agreements, assisting with marketing, and ensuring merchandise is clean and in working condition.
Requirements
- Verify correct product and accessories
- Load, secure, and protect product in company vehicle
- Ensure hat delivery schedule is followed
- Deliver merchandise to customers’ house and businesses without additional damage
- Assist with merchandise returns
- Perform routine servile calls and product exchanges
- Maintain the store’s warehouse
- Maintain the showroom floor
- Safely operate delivery vehicles
- Document vehicle movement
- Conduct daily inspection of assigned delivery vehicle
- Confirm customer identification, collect money, and obtain customers’ signatures on lease agreements
- Assist in field marketing programs
- Deliver prescribed company advertisements/flyers
