Preconstruction Manager (Civil Division)

The Preconstruction Manager oversees risk for the company during the preconstruction phase, providing oversight and leadership to preconstruction teams. They are responsible for the technical success and execution of projects, as well as managing relationships with team members.

Requirements

• Critically analyze bid documents and understand risk and opportunities
• Define contract risk and establish contract cost exposure and probability
• Lead, develop, and mentor other team members and junior estimators
• Manage the delivery of preconstruction services for projects
• Develop and nurture effective and lasting customer/client relationships
• Effectively lead teams and communicates the Company's and Sectors plan to achieve the Sector and divisions goals
