Requirements

• 10+ years in a senior supervisory position in the heavy civil/heavy highway construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA, owner standards, rules, safety, and quality standards
• Thorough understanding on how to read blueprints and specifications, estimating material needs and costs for jobs
