Hayfin is seeking a Director of Marketing & Communications to shape and execute our global strategy, enhance brand positioning, deliver commercial impact, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and regions.

Requirements

• Significant marketing and communications leadership experience, ideally within Private Credit/Equity, financial services or alternative asset management
• Proven ability to design and deliver global marketing strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for senior audiences
• Track record mentoring high-performing teams and managing external agencies across multiple geographies
• Experienced in digital marketing to boost engagement and visibility
