Job Description
The Sales Specialist will build and strengthen client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and develop strategic marketing plans. They will also be responsible for handling inquiries and requests from customers, upselling and cross-selling products, and coordinating with other team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 03 passes at the GCE Advanced Level
- A minimum of 01 years’ experience
- Part qualification in SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage
- Experience in last mile delivery and customer service/sales will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (Ability to speak in Tamil is an added advantage)
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office packages
