Insurance Operations Executive

The Insurance Operations Executive will manage and support day-to-day insurance operational activities, including policy administration, documentation, coordination with insurers, and customer service support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Insurance, or a related discipline (BSc (Hons) preferred)
• A minimum of two years' relevant work experience
• Knowledge acquired through studying for a professional qualification in insurance will be an added advantage (general insurance exposure preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
