Senior Executive - Legal

Draft, negotiate, review, and advise on Commercial Agreements, conduct legal research, and provide legal advice to the Group.

Requirements

• Attorney-at-law with 3 years' experience in corporate law
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents/contracts
• Good command of English and Sinhala languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
