Assessor

Haymarket Center is a leading addiction and behavioral health treatment facility in Chicago, focused on results and community participation. They are seeking an Assessor to conduct Global Assessments, utilizing ASAM, Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders. This role involves patient triage, coordination of care, and communication with admissions and treatment staff.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• GAIN certification within 90 days of hire.
• Certified by IAODAPCA at CADC level.
• Knowledge of current ASAM criteria.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Assessment skills.
• Previous assessment experience beneficial.
