Job Description
The Co-Manager of Mac’s Deli at Haymarket Center is responsible for expanding the deli program, ensuring high food quality, service delivery, and profitability, and providing a professional and inclusive environment for transitional workers. The role focuses on client support, assisting with obtaining employment, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position reports to the Manager, Supported Employment Center.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality or business.
- Minimum one year of managerial experience.
- Valid City of Chicago Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification.
- Retail management experience in the food service industry.
- 18 years of age due to equipment use and work environment.
