Job Description
The Manager of Outpatient Programs at Haymarket Center is responsible for the day-to-day operations of various outpatient programming, including Intensive Outpatient, Conventional Outpatient, DUI Program, and DCFS related services. The role involves providing supervision, ensuring adherence to standards, and coordinating community outreach.
Requirements
- LPC, LCPC, LSW or LCSW (Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field) - Master’s degree preferred
- At least two year's experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor
- Strong organizational and communications skills
- Excellent data entry skills (Carelogic/PHIMC reporting)
- Ability to work with PHIMC quarterly meetings
