Job Description
Responsible for implementation of residential unit's plans, procedures and programs for up to twelve residents, serving as primary caregiver and role model to children/adolescents.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred
- One or more years experience working with at-risk youth in a group home, school setting, youth authority camp/juvenile hall or mental health program preferred
- Valid California Drivers License and proof of auto insurance required
- Must have strong leadership skills
