Job Description
The Manager of Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) provides corporate leadership, strategic direction, and technical governance overall quality management activities across Hays Electrical Services’ construction, prefabrication, and service portfolios. This includes mission-critical data-center developments, large-scale electrical infrastructure, and commercial installations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a QA/QC leadership or corporate-level quality management capacity
- Strong understanding of NEC, NEMA, NFPA, ANSI/NETA ATS, and other electrical construction standards applicable to data centers and large-scale commercial projects
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and sustain Corporate Quality Management Systems (CQMS) and project-level inspection programs
- Certifications in ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM/OE), ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, or CQM-C (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers)
