Job Description
Traveling Foreman is responsible for direct supervision of assigned electrical crews across multiple project locations, overseeing the execution of electrical work in the field while traveling to active jobsites as assigned. The Traveling Foreman ensures installations are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with Hays Electrical quality standards and applicable codes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in electrical construction.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience (Foreman, Leadman, or equivalent).
- Journeyman Electrician license required.
