Assembly Coordinator I (Team Lead)

Role Overview

The Assembly Coordinator I (Team Lead) will assist the supervisor and manager in running the production department, performing Assembly Lead-Person duties and responsibilities for multiple production lines.

What You Will Do

Perform Assembly Lead-Person duties, identify employee aptitude and skills strengths, audit parts and process inputs, and ensure quality and integrity of the product.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to speak Spanish
• Strong product knowledge
• Ability to use department hand tools and machinery safely
• Strong knowledge of the AS400
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Good written and verbal skills
• Ability to solve general math problems and understand percentages
