Job Description
Hazel Health is seeking licensed therapists in Ohio to provide virtual mental health services to students in partner school districts and health plans. The role requires a master's-level therapist with experience in treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches.
Requirements
- Master's-level therapist independently licensed in Ohio (LMFT, LISW, LPCC, or equivalent)
