Job Description
As a Senior Designer, Workplace Environments, you will lead the conceptual design and space planning for commercial furniture projects, shaping environments that inspire productivity, collaboration, and well-being. You will work closely with clients, A&D partners, and HB Account Managers to understand workplace goals and translate them into compelling design solutions.
Requirements
- Lead the creative design phase of commercial furniture projects, from concept through client approval
- Develop space plans and design narratives that reflect client culture, brand, and workplace strategy
- Conduct design discovery sessions with clients and Account Managers to understand goals and preferences
